Returns and Complaints Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
At EON LIFE, we offer you the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This period is counted from the day you receive the ordered product.
2. Withdrawal Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please:
- Inform us of your decision by sending an explicit statement to the following email address: office@eonlife.pl
- In response, we will send you a return form that must be completed and enclosed with your return shipment.
3. Returning the Product
Please return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw, to the following address:

The product must be returned in an unchanged and unopened condition, meaning all protective elements such as seals or security films must remain intact. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a way other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund all payments received from you. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof of its return, whichever comes first.
5. Complaints
If you discover any physical or legal defects in the purchased product, you have the right to file a complaint. To do so, please:

- Fill in the received form and return it along with the product in question to:

Once we receive the product, we will inform you of the outcome of the complaint process within 14 days.
